No matter how many police officers we have, the officers can’t be everywhere at all times. We as citizens have to play a part in keeping our City safe. As Mayor, I plan to launch Neighborhood Associations for each of the neighborhoods in Tarrant. Not only will this give citizens the ability to learn who their neighbors are, but it will also aid in making our neighborhoods safe by increasing communication between neighbors, city officials and law enforcement
